Kool-Aid Playdough

Making Kool-Aid playdough is a fun and easy craft idea. We just LOVE the smell and color of playdough made with Kool-Aid... our favorite flavors are tropical punch and lemonade!

Kids of all ages can try this craft - and it's one we've made over and over again. The playdough keeps very well in tubs with tight fitting lids, providing hours of entertainment at a fraction of the cost of the playdough you buy in stores - and don't forget that different flavors provide different colors!

To make playdough with Kool-Aid you will need...

1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon oil
2 Kool-Aid packages (unsweetened), different flavors

Directions...

Mix the first 4 ingredients together.

Divide in half, add a package of Kool-Aid to each half.

Knead well... and your fragrant homemade playdough is ready to use!
