Funny Face Garden Stakes

These funny face garden stakes are a fun way to mark your vegetables in your garden. Your kids can get as creative as they want with this craft!

You may want to use more crafts supplies than listed to make these a little more elaborate.

You will need:
large tongue depressors or similiar size pieces of wood
permanent markers
googly eyes
craft glue or a glue gun
yarn

What you do:

You will want to make a garden stake for each row or area in your garden. Draw the vegetable you are planting, such as a tomato, on your stick.

Now color it with permanent markers. Use craft glue to glue on some googly eyes and staple on some yarn for hair. Get creative and make your fruits and vegetables look fun and interesting. Make several for each row if desired.

Now your kids will have the fun of placing these in the ground on the appropriate garden row. Have fun!
