Edible Jewelry

Edible jewelry is a wonderful craft for "girl" parties. My daughter loves to wear and eat her creations! There's a lot of different kinds of food products that can be used for this craft. Below is listed just a few of the items we have used. I suggest you go to the candy aisle and study all the different candies. You will find that there is an endless amount of food procucts at your supermarket that will make very interesting pieces of jewelry. You could award prizes for the most creative jewelry! Use your imagination with this craft

What you will need:

3 ounces shoestring licorice(red &, black)
1 cup pretzels twists
1 cup Fruit Loops cereal
2 cups Cheerios
1 cup gummy Lifesavers candy

Directions
1. Use the licorice as your"string" and thread the other ingredients onto it.
2. Use various lengths to create necklaces, bracelets,& rings.
