Door stopper

by Rhonda
(Blue Mountains, NSW Australia)

Using a camera take a picture of your home, front and back if preferred.
Print this on normal paper in color to a size suitable (shrink or enlarge) to glue to a wooden block with wooden glue.
Have a parent or adult friend cut around the picture. Glue on the back of the cut-out form the back-door view of your house now.
The sides can be glued with a picture of the outside of the house (eg., bricks, siding etc) and a wedge made to attach to the bottom of the wooden block. Have an adult tidy up the edges gently and make any repairs with poster paints if needed. Then have a waterproof finish applied to the entire object.
This would work for printed items or your pet too!
